After completing the trial, our teacher will give professional advice based on the student’s personality and ability. We will contact you through messages or phone calls.

The leave notice must be submitted at least 24 hours before class, otherwise the class will not be made up. In case of special circumstances, parents are not able to inform us 24 hours before class, they may still send their application, but Dr I-Kids Online will reserve right of final decision.

We will not arrange classes on Hong Kong statutory public holidays. Classes will be postponed directly.

We encourage students to enter the classroom 10 minutes before class time. If you encounter any problems, please contact us as soon as possible. If there are any problems with the system, we will arrange make-up classes.

Teaching materials will be sent by express delivery according to the mailing address given. You will be receive the materials within 2-3 days at the earliest.

Students only need to prepare teaching materials and simple stationery for class. Tablets are suggested for lessons rather than computers for easy handling.

Parents can log in to the Classin system, select the designated class date in the course calendar, and click the class report button to view the teacher’s comments and various classroom data. You may also check with our customer service team anytime for further help.

We do not provide such service at the moment.

Parents can always request to change teachers with reasons provided. We will do our best to arrange and replace.
